          <description>2MES Limited are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to undertake a key role within the team at a Nursing Home in Hounslow, Middlesex. 

Reporting to the Home Manager you will undertake many administration and clerical tasks within the home including updating financial information, maintaining staff files, recording CQC and Health &amp; Safety records, and managing petty cash. The Contract Compliance Lead will also have a important role in the contract tender process as they will be involved in attaining information, assisting with the completing of tender documents, and representing the company at tender presentations. 

Applicants will need strong administration skills, experience working within a health or social care environment and a good understanding of CQC. Good knowledge of basic accountancy practices is essential for this role, as is the ability to analyse spread sheets and conduct meetings regarding financial information. 

The position pays a salary of £23000, with 25 days holiday (plus stats) and a company pension scheme.

To be a successful candidate for the role you will be an RGN with excellent clinical knowledge.  Good verbal communication, knowledge of CQC regulations and Health and Safety legislation is essential, as is having experience within a management role.
