Requirements:
-Western educated, trained and experienced Call Center Registered Nurse-with valid professional license from the country of origin;
-BSN required; MSN or Post Graduate Degree in Nursing, Management or Administration preferred;
-Specialist training in Telehealth nursing and Certification in Telehealth Nursing preferred;
-Senior RN with a minimum of 3-5 years of current call center nursing managerial and leadership experience in managing a call center;
-Professional experience with demonstrated competency in clinical supervision and management;
-Excellent interpersonal, administrative, organizational and leadership skills;
-Must have great people management skills and have the ability to work effectively with diverse multidisciplinary team members all levels of employees and management;
-Computer literate;
